When a Searcher sends an inquiry, the following information is transmitted to the Venue Owner: name, email address, phone number (if provided), ceremony date, guest count, ceremony type, budget range (if provided), language preference, and message content. This is the core function of the Platform and is done with your consent at the time of submission.
We may share personal information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including:

Some of our service providers are located outside of Quebec and Canada (primarily in the United States). In accordance with Law 25, before transferring personal information outside Quebec, we have conducted an assessment to ensure that the information will receive adequate protection. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed in jurisdictions outside Quebec and Canada where data protection laws may differ.
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud.
